Alfredo Gonzalez, a native of Barcelona, has gained an outstanding reputation for his mouth-watering food as an independent caterer in Belfast and Barcelona. Prior to this he worked as the head cook of an holistic holiday centre in Andalucia, Spain and as a cheese and wine producer. He has co-authored the "Cortijo Romero" cookery book.

Karen Gonzalez combines a love for the Mediterranean way of life with extensive experience in management and training. She has worked in the voluntary and public sectors in Northern Ireland for over twenty years and in Spain in a variety of management roles.

The Med offers a personal and professional approach which creates a sense of hospitality for both customers and their guests.
